Overview
A mobile app for iOS and Android that helps NOVA customers manage usage, bills, and add-ons effortlessly.
Trebbble partnered with NOVA (ex. WIND) to redesign the NOVA mobile app and create a faster, clearer, and more intuitive experience for its postpaid subscribers. Users now have instant access to their contract details, remaining data, talk time, and SMS balances. All presented in a clean, accessible interface.
The redesigned information architecture simplifies navigation, enhances feature discoverability, and removes unnecessary steps. A fully reworked bill payment flow reduces friction and enables users to complete payments in just a few taps, making everyday account management significantly easier across both smartphones and tablets.

Challenge
The main challenge during the NOVA app redesign was modernising NOVA’s mobile experience with a strong focus on usability, speed, and convenience—core expectations of today’s telecom customers.
We needed to eliminate unnecessary steps and create a clearer, more predictable journey for essential tasks such as checking balances, paying bills, and activating add-ons. Reducing friction and improving clarity were critical to increasing engagement and improving customer satisfaction across iOS and Android users.
