
WIND engaged Trebbble to modernise myWIND app, their flagship mobile experience and give their subscribers a beautiful, easy-to-use way to manage their accounts. The app redesign should go beyond an aesthetic facelift, but rather significantly boost customer experience and conversion KPIs.
At Trebbble, we worked closely with WIND to design a fresh app experience that simplifies navigation, improves discoverability and balance representation, while at the same time streamlines the bill payment process.
Through the brand new myWIND app, postpaid customers may have an instant overview of all their contracts. With a single tap, users may check their remaining MB, talk time and SMS and effortlessly purchase add-ons when they really need them. Moreover, the app enables WIND customers to view their monthly bills and pay them easily and fast.
The myWIND app is available both for smartphones and tablets.

The main challenge we faced during the myWIND redesign was to re-imagine brand’s mobile presence with emphasis on usability, convenience, and speed.
We heavily invested effort in trying to eliminate unnecessary steps and help the user achieve tasks (view balance, pay bills, activate add-ons, and more) without confusion and frustration.
