Trebbble helped neat, a Hong Kong–based fintech startup, bring its mobile banking vision to life by designing and developing the initial iOS app. Users can open an account in minutes through a streamlined digital onboarding flow and manage payments, budgeting, and spending directly from their smartphone.
To support Neat’s young, mobile-first audience, we combined a clean information architecture with smooth micro-interactions and animated financial graphs. The result is a secure, intuitive mobile banking experience powered by AI insights and biometrics, designed for modern digital users.

Challenge
The neat mobile app relied on advanced technology—facial recognition for secure onboarding, animated financial graphs, and AI-powered transaction analysis—to deliver a modern digital banking experience. The challenge was to integrate these complex capabilities into a seamless, user-friendly interface without adding friction or cognitive overload.
Designing the onboarding journey, ensuring fast biometric authentication, and visualizing financial data in a clear, lightweight way were key priorities. Achieving this level of performance and simplicity on mobile required careful engineering and thoughtful UX decisions across the entire iOS experience.
