A unified mobile and web app that allows users to manage Volton energy services and Orizon telecom services through a single, intuitive experience.
Trebbble designed the myON mobile app and responsive web experience for Volton and Orizon, enabling customers to manage electricity, gas, and telecom services from one platform. Users can easily track balances, pay bills securely, activate add-ons, and access key services without switching between separate brand applications.
The experience focuses on clarity, speed, and consistency. Clean UX, fast onboarding, and a shared design language across mobile and web ensure a seamless experience, regardless of whether users are interacting with Volton’s energy services or Orizon’s telecom offerings.

Challenge
The primary challenge was designing a single digital product that supports two distinct brands—Volton for energy and Orizon for telecom—while presenting a unified, easy-to-understand experience for users. Each service type follows different business rules, data structures, and user expectations, yet the interface needed to feel coherent and familiar across all touchpoints.
In parallel, the mobile app and responsive website had to share a consistent visual identity and interaction model across devices. Meeting strict performance KPIs and ensuring the platform could scale to support future services and brand extensions were critical requirements throughout the project.
