A personalised telco mobile experience

WIND, recognising the dramatically increasing role of mobile in F2G strategy, asked Trebbble to re-design the brand's mobile presence.

Trebbble took the extra mile and not only re-designed myF2G, but helped to re-position the myF2G app as a key tool that can improve overall CX, ensure recurring and higher revenues, and further enhance brand perception. To meet these goals, Trebbble built upon personalisation and emotional connection elements.

Optimised balance representation, top-up via voice control, faster bundle activation, multiple accounts management, and dynamic branding were among the core features that were crafted totally from zero.

The challenge

The main challenge was to transform the myF2G app from a utility app into a valuable marketing tool for WIND that on the one hand address users’ individual tastes and needs, while on the other hand helps to meet all business and sales KPIs.

To this direction, we designed and developed an architecture, both in mobile and backend, that allows fully personalised content delivery and enables WIND to provide targeted, consistent, and timely branding.
