A non-custodial crypto wallet that enables fast, secure memecoin trading on Solana across mobile and web.
Trebbble partnered with Handshake Labs to design and build a full-stack Web3 trading product, covering strategy, UX/UI design, mobile and web applications, smart contracts, and growth support.
Handshake allows users to discover trending memecoins, trade newly launched tokens, and track portfolio performance through a fast, intuitive interface. Via Handshake, users can buy TRUMP, BONK, PENGU, WIF, POPCAT, GIGA, PNUT, SOL, JUP, BTC, MEW, MOODENG, CHILLGUY, RETARDIO, WEN, and any Solana token.
The wallet supports seamless onboarding and top-ups via Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, and PayPal, removing friction for new crypto users. Built for performance and reliability, Handshake integrates with leading Solana liquidity sources and provides a consistent experience across iOS, Android, and web, making memecoin trading accessible without sacrificing security or control.

Challenge
Security and performance were the primary challenges in building Handshake. As a non-custodial wallet, the product needed to guarantee that private keys remain fully under user control, stored securely on-device and never exposed to external servers or third parties.
At the same time, the experience had to remain simple and fast, supporting instant onboarding, biometric authentication, and frictionless funding via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Balancing advanced blockchain security, smart contract execution, and high-speed trading with a clean, intuitive user experience was critical to delivering a wallet that both experienced and first-time crypto users could trust.
