Overview
A responsive web platform that enables NOVA customers to manage their telecom services seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Following the successful delivery of the NOVA mobile app, NOVA (ex. WIND) trusted with Trebbble to extend the experience to the web. The goal was to design a simple, elegant, and reliable logged-in environment for both consumer and business customers—accessible from any device.
The previous web experience did not meet user expectations, resulting in frequent customer support requests related to billing and account management. Trebbble worked closely with cross-functional NOVA teams through iterative design sprints and prototyping to redesign the entire logged-in experience. The new responsive web platform allows postpaid users to view balances, pay bills, activate add-on services, and access personalised offers with clarity and ease.
A key focus of the project was the redesign of electronic billing. By improving visual hierarchy, structure, and readability, the new bill design significantly reduced confusion and helped minimise customer support load.

Challenge
The main challenge was designing a single web experience that effectively serves both consumer and business users—two segments with fundamentally different needs, permissions, and usage patterns. Business customers, in particular, may manage anything from a few connections to thousands, significantly increasing complexity.
To ensure consistency and scalability, Trebbble designed a shared responsive design system that aligns all features and teams under a unified experience. This system enabled seamless collaboration across design and development teams while maintaining continuity across the broader NOVA ecosystem, regardless of device or user type.
