NOVA partnered with Trebbble to evolve FREE2GO, its top prepaid brand, into a strategic digital channel that supports millions of users. The app enables customers to manage balances, top up accounts, activate bundles, and handle multiple numbers through a fast, intuitive, and visually adaptive interface.
Personalisation sits at the core of the FREE2GO experience. Dynamic dashboards, targeted content, and context-aware interactions allow the app to adapt to individual user behaviour and preferences, strengthening engagement and driving recurring usage at scale.
The impact of the new FREE2GO experience is reflected in strong user adoption and satisfaction, with a 4.7-star rating from more than 73,000 reviews across the App Store and Google Play, positioning it among the highest-rated telecom prepaid apps in the market.

Challenge
The main challenge was transforming FREE2GO from a utility-focused app into a scalable engagement and marketing platform capable of supporting NOVA’s largest prepaid user base. The experience needed to feel personal and relevant to each user while remaining fast, simple, and reliable for millions of active customers.
To meet these requirements, Trebbble designed a mobile and backend architecture that enables real-time personalisation, targeted content delivery, and consistent branding across iOS and Android. Balancing performance, scalability, and commercial KPIs was critical to supporting FREE2GO’s role as NOVA’s leading prepaid brand.
