COSMOTE trusted Trebbble to build a location-based marketing platform with a goal to further enhance the efficiency of Deals For You, the largest loyalty scheme in Greece.
We designed and developed a custom mobile marketing platform that uses geo-fencing to trigger targeted, mobile-optimised campaigns from major affiliate brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Village Cinemas, GOODY’s Burger House, and everest.
The platform includes robust cloud infrastructure and iOS/Android SDKs integrated into the official My COSMOTE and What’s Up apps, enabling real-time campaign delivery at national scale. Deals For You became the first truly large-scale geo-fenced mobile marketing activity in Greece, reliably serving more than 1.5 million users.

Challenge
The core challenge was to build a scalable, cloud-powered platform capable of delivering precise location-based campaigns to over 1.5 million users while maintaining accuracy and preserving device battery life.
Trebbble also had to design and support rich-media campaign formats that showcased each partner brand effectively. Ensuring smooth SDK integration within the My COSMOTE and What’s Up iOS and Android apps, handling high traffic volumes, and maintaining real-time responsiveness were key technical requirements that shaped the solution.
